Columbine Shooting: Revenge is not sweet

This poem was inspired by the Columbine High School massacre from 1999 and the movie that was based on it called “I’m not ashamed”.

Revenge seems such a sweet word

But in real life, it hurts.

Not just the one it is being taken out on

But also on the one who takes it.
